That looks awesome. I just got a sushi paddle and the rice roller thing. I can’t wait to try it out. Sushi is my downfall in my whole vegan thing.
What fillings do you use? You’re very good at getting the fillings into the middle, mine always end up on the sides.
Those had Cucumber, Avocado, Carrots, toasted sesame seeds Salmon, Spicy Mayo and Tempura….
That is my “usual” mix…
I don’t like sushi but your pictures are so pretty. It looks beautiful.
